Hamilton Sheriff Court is one of the busiest courts in Scotland, and our solicitors appear there regularly. Hamilton West railway station is around five minutes’ walk from the court buildings, and free public car parks are available on Beckford Street near the junctions with Caird Street and Bothwell Street.

Our Fees
Our fixed fees are all-inclusive for straightforward cases: £550 for a simplified divorce and £1,550 for an undefended ordinary divorce, each covering legal fees, court fees and outlays. Where a fixed fee is not possible, work is charged in 3-minute units — half the industry-standard 6-minute unit — so you pay only for the time actually spent on your case. Your first 15-minute consultation is free.
